Red Sox recognition.

Greetings from Fenway Park—home of the Boston Red Sox—one of  America’s Most Beloved Ballparks— and the oldest in the USA!  We got taken out to the ball game ⚾️. chica project was honored as an organization the Red Sox feels embodies Take the Lead’s principles within their workplace and community. 

What is Take the Lead? Launched in 2017, Take the Lead is a collaboration among New England sports teams — with leaders from the Bruins, Celtics, Patriots, RedSox,  Revolution, and Pride —to stand up to racism and hate speech. And to provide diverse communities with access and opportunities to careers in sports.

It was amazing to be acknowledged and celebrated in person for our hard work, during the Red Sox’s on-field pregame ceremony. Check out these famous Boston faces taking a stand to #TakeTheLead on fostering an inclusive and safe environment for ALL.
