In 2011, our founder, Nurys Camargo, ignited a bold vision rooted in purpose, resilience, and love for young Women of Color. What began as her dream has grown into a thriving community of sisterhood with lasting impact across generations.
At Chica Project, we are committed to helping every chica build confidence, connections, and skills to thrive. It is our greatest joy to serve and watch them grow into their fullest selves.
